Bill Stratton
A 1985 Urbana graduate in Industrial Organizational Psychology, Bill is a partner in White, Roberts & Stratton, Inc., an executive search firm which he co-founded with two other University of Illinois graduates. He has search expertise in the areas of General Management, Finance, Marketing and Human Resources. Bill served on the Project 500 Committee and the All-Classes Black Alumni Reunion steering committee. He and his wife, Juliana Wiggins-Stratton, reside in Chicago.
Julie Stratton
Julie Statton has mediated over 600 disputes over the past 15 years both as a principal owner of JDS Mediation Services, Inc. and with the Center for Conflict Resolution. She has trained mediators (32-hour mediation skills course) and led a variety of other workshops on the topic of conflict resolution both locally and nationally. Julie was trained by the Institute for Christian Conciliation in biblical peacemaking and has assisted Christian marriages and families with improving communication and working towards resolution of interpersonal conflicts since 1999. In addition, she has served as staff Conciliator for the Apostolic Church of God in Chicago, mediating marital and intra-congregational disputes for the congregation. Julie, a locally and nationally licensed minister through the Pentecostal Assemblies of the World, Inc., has also served as keynote speaker for various churches and marriage retreats.
